High School Parents, We would like to invite you to our High School Parent-Teacher Conferences this Thursday, October 9, from 4:30–5:30 p.m. Conferences will be held open-house style in your child’s classrooms, allowing you to visit with teachers, discuss progress, and learn more about your student’s academic experience. We encourage all parents to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with our teachers and support your child’s success.

We’d like to clarify the lunch details for our Parent Picnic on Tuesday:
• All students will receive a school-provided lunch at no cost.
• Parents are welcome to purchase a cafeteria lunch for $5 (cash or check) if they would like to eat with their child.
We encourage all students to enjoy the cafeteria lunch so that everyone can share the same experience together.

Our new teacher, Steven Posey, presented at the Beyond Textbooks Super Conference at Mica Mountain High School in Vail on Friday. His session, “Handling the Chaos: Practical Tools for Real-World Behavior Challenges,” shared strategies for classroom management and building student relationships.
