Employee Compensation & Benefits

Employees of St. David Unified School District are offered the following benefits:

Health Care

Starting FY 2025-2026, the district pays $7,600 towards the cost of health benefits for full-time employees, including medical, prescriptions, dental, and life insurance ($50,000). The plan is through ASBAIT (Arizona School Boards Association Insurance).

Retirement

St. David Unified School is a member of the Arizona State Retirement System. Full time employees will be enrolled in the plan with the district matching all contributions. All employees participate in Social Security Medicaid.

Leave

Leave, provided by the district, is one day per month worked and three personal days per year.
