Reminder: There will be no school tomorrow or Monday due to Spring Recess.
Last week, AZ Central announced its top 10 high school softball players in the state for March 16–21, based on input from coaches, and we’re thrilled to celebrate Camber Jacquez being recognized among the best!
When voting opened, support for Camber quickly took off. Thanks to her outstanding performance and the excitement surrounding her nomination, momentum built throughout the week. In an incredibly close race for the top spot, Camber edged out MJ Garcia of Empire High School in Tucson, earning an impressive 2,432 votes (46.88%) to secure the No. 1 position!
Camber’s success comes as no surprise. Her dedication, talent, and leadership make her a standout athlete and an outstanding representative of St. David High School. Whether on the field or off, she continues to make us proud!!!
Join us in celebrating Camber and this well-deserved recognition! 🥎👏
