We are proud to announce that four of our outstanding seniors have each been awarded a $4,000 scholarship from the Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) Foundation.
This scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated exceptional goals, determination, and potential. According to the SSVEC Foundation, this year’s selection process was especially competitive, with 21 more applicants than last year. Despite the tough decisions, our students stood out among a strong pool of candidates.
The Foundation shared how inspiring it was to read about the goals and aspirations of all applicants. We’re thrilled to see our seniors’ hard work and ambition recognized in such a meaningful way.
