Clarification as to when cell phones can be on and used. You are limited to using your phone during non-academic times. What this means is that when there is class in session your phone may not be on and or used. This also includes students with a home release that are still on campus.  Some students have mistakenly thought that this new rule also extends to the use of other electronic devices. This is not the case and any MP3 player, portable DVD players, etc will be confiscated if seen on campus. As this is a trial period we encourage you to follow this rule so as to maintain this cell phone privilege.
